商業問候方式及對話禮儀
Business greeting lines and conversation etiquettes

以正規的方式作問候,並以對方的職銜作為稱謂,除非對方邀請你以名字互相稱呼
Be formal in business greetings, stick with using a title unless invited to use a first name

避免展示你的壞習慣,如咀嚼香口膠及邊進食邊說話。提醒自己於餐桌上要注意禮儀,例如多點協助別人及把食物切至適當大小再放入口中
Avoid revealing your bad habits such as chewing gum and speaking while eating. Mind you manners at business related meals: take adequate helpings, and cut your food into mouth sizable portions

對話應保持基本及只談安全的話題,不要談論太私人及涉及情感的話題
Business conversation should be kept basic. Stick with safe topics and nothing too personal or emotional

一個安全而又非公事的話題,可以是一些不會引起爭論或敵意的話題,最常見的話題包括:運動、現時的活動及工作。請不要對你的上司或同事作任何批評
A safe non-business topic includes something that would not provoke unnecessary debate or hostility. Popular small-talk topics include: sports, current events, and work. Never make negative comments about your boss or coworkers though

使用眼神交流及簡單的身體語言;聆聽則可幫助你了解對方是怎樣的人及健立健康的工作關係
Use eye contact and simple body language; listening will help you get to know who you are talking to and build a healthy business relationship

以微笑、握手作為完結,讓對方感覺你喜歡與他?她談話,留下深刻的印象可助日後聯繫
End with a smile, a handshake, and let the person know that you enjoyed speaking with him/her. A lasting impression will help you establish contacts for the future

簡報演說
PowerPoint Presentation

簡報中使用簡潔背景及確定所有字體均清晰可見
Always use a clean background for your presentation and make sure the words are clear and visible

保持精簡,讀者會因簡報太多文字或太長篇而感到沉悶
Keep presentation short and simple. People will be bored reading anything too wordy/lengthy

簡報之標題應準確描述主旨,讓讀者能從標題得到概念
Title of the presentation should be descriptive and precise enough that people can get the gist of what the presentation is about

寫上相關人士之名字及聯絡號碼
Put down involving parties, contact names and numbers

以背景資料及大綱作為開始
Begins with background and what the presentation is going to address

簡報中加入預算及演說時間安排
Be sure to let people know the budget and timeline for the presentation

以友善的問答環節(如適用)及感謝頁作為結尾
Ends with a nice Q&A section (if applicable) and a thank you sheet
